Brieana Thompson is a qualified workplace wellbeing specialist with almost a decade of experience guiding individuals and teams across corporate and community sectors.
With formal training in psychology and HR, she integrates behavioural science, coaching methodology and practical insight to strengthen self-leadership at every level of an organisation.
Brieana’s work helps people understand themselves more deeply, relate more effectively, and lead with greater clarity - even under pressure.
The result: individuals who are more self-led, and workplaces that are more resilient, responsible and human.
After many years of practice, facilitation and deep personal evolution, Brieana pairs this lived experience with a foundation of formal learning and professional training. Her work is grounded in both evidence-based frameworks and relational, real-world understanding.

An engaging, insight-rich introduction to the power of self-leadership; our internal capacity to respond with awareness, lead ourselves through challenge, and shift the patterns that impact how we live and work. This 50-minute session explores why self-leadership is no longer a nice-to-have, but a core human skill for living well and working well. It introduces the key qualities and skills of self-leadership, giving participants practical foundations they can begin to apply in their work and life.
This is not a leadership workshop, it is ideal for individuals at all levels.

2-hour in-person experiential workshop | Max 80 participants
This lively, interactive session is designed to energise teams, bring practical insight into everyday thinking patterns, and equip participants with a simple tool for working with unhelpful thoughts. Participants discover which thinking traps they tend to fall into, notice their internal responses, and begin to shift toward more empowered patterns of thinking and behaviour.

Take The Lead is a six-week program designed for individuals and teams ready to grow their self-awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and make lasting, meaningful change at work and beyond. Through live group workshops that integrate coaching, psychology tools, and guided reflection, participants are supported to build self-leadership, emotional insight, and healthier ways of working in a safe, supportive space.
